go to the tabs on top, click on FORUMS, then ANNOUNCEMENTS, and then Apply for Official Designer + Member

Read the requirements & Rules really close,

For me, since I only do icons, the minimum requirement for me to be a official designer is 50 accepted submissions. you can mix it around, but if you need help or questions there will be a link there for questions.
